Filmmakers in Bollywood are exploring and narrating stories of tabooed issues on the celluloid.  Two of the Bollywood actresses all setting to mark on such a journey are Swara Bhasker and Divya Dutta. Director Faraz Arif Ansari has unveiled the first look poster of his next titled Sheer Qorma. Starring Swara and Divya in titular roles, though the filmmaker didn’t give out much information about the movie, but the poster says it all. Featuring Swara and Divya on the poster, one can see Swara holding Divya’s hands with affection and warmth in her eyes.

Divya is seen sporting heena on her hands and both the actresses sport scarf in the poster. The movie is said to be based on LGBTQIA topic and revolves around the struggles faced by this community in the real world.  Swara sharing the poster on her Twitter handle Swara wrote, “Aaaaand HERE IT IS.. First look of a film I’m so proud to have been part of:  #SheerQorma! Starring @AzmiShabana@divyadutta25@Kalyanmayee@PriyaSometimes@jitin0804 and me!” She further tagged the film’s producer and director in her post.

Veteran actress Shabana Azmi plays Divya’s mother on the silver screen and Swara and Divya shall play a couple in the film. Divya too sharing the poster on her Twitter handle wrote, “So proud n emotional to share the first look of #SheerQorma .”

Swara was revealed to have started dating Girish Karnad’s son Raghu as our exclusive reports on SpotboyE.com. The actress was previously dating Himanshu Sharma. 


Meanwhile, Divya was last seen in Fanney Khan.
